The catalogue should lead to one clear clinical question
Strive’s current catalogue includes prescription NAD+ tablets and injections, sermorelin injections and troches, and weight-management preparations. That makes its dispensing role relevant across several care arrangements. It does not establish a comprehensive prevention relationship or a reason to combine treatments. [1] [3]
I would begin with the specific problem, actual proposed prescription and clinician responsible for reassessment. Catalogue breadth is not evidence of longer healthy life. A pharmacy should make an appropriate plan easier to fulfill, rather than decide which health goals deserve another product.
Compare the defined clinical roles in our health-service comparisons.
Keep the prescriber and pharmacist accountable for different work
The FAQ requires a patient-specific prescription and says Strive can collaborate with an existing provider. Its directory contains partnering providers. A directory is a route to explore care, not an included medical assessment or confirmation of the assigned clinician’s suitability. [2]
Pharmacist contact is available through local locations. Use that relationship to settle the preparation, label, handling instructions and dispensing questions. Medical review, treatment changes and interpretation of clinical progress need the responsible clinician. The most useful arrangement makes the handoff between those roles straightforward. [2]
Connect information to responsible follow-up in home blood-pressure monitoring evidence.
A dispensing quote does not include every care expense
Strive does not bill insurance and says compounded-medication coverage varies. Its public catalogue does not establish a universal clinical-and-medication price. Record the actual supplied preparation, quantity, equipment and shipping, then add separate assessment and monitoring charges. [2]
A clinic may collect a bundled fee even when the pharmacy does only dispensing. The chosen agreement should identify who bills and which future charges can continue. Neither a prescription appearing in the catalogue nor an option for a longer supply settles the full commitment or after-opening handling.
Separate the selected obligations with the complete care-cost planner.
Read quality descriptions with the actual facility in mind
Strive describes vendor qualification, staff competency, quality assurance and frequent third-party testing. These are process claims rather than results for the patient’s actual batch. A facility name and preparation-specific documentation are more useful than treating a general brand statement as independent proof of quality. [2]
The May 2026 FDA closeout addresses warning letter 639220 from 2022. Separate September 2023 Boerne inspection observations are not final determinations. Their present resolution needs a specific answer; the records establish neither universal approval nor a defective current order. [7] [8]

Compounding access is not an outcome measure
FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing. A named ingredient, a biological mechanism and a finished preparation’s effect are different questions. The clinical rationale should be specific to the actual product and patient need. [6]
NAD+ energy claims, growth-hormone signaling and findings from approved GLP-1 trials should not be merged into one healthspan promise. The proposed plan needs a meaningful outcome and a review point. More catalogue choices do not establish better prevention or justify changing several aspects of care together.
Keep preparation and population attached to the SELECT cardiovascular evidence.
Distinguish the useful outcome with lean mass and physical function.
The financial exit needs a prescription-specific answer
The general 30-day unused-goods return policy excludes prescription medication. A separate 90-day invoice-based clinic refund-request window is not a patient satisfaction guarantee. Clarify the biller and remedy for the selected prescription rather than rely on retail language about returns. [4]
Shipping instructions request order changes within 24 hours, with processing up to three days before transit. Neither statement guarantees that an already prepared order can be canceled. I would choose on the complete care relationship, understandable dispensing costs and a practical response when circumstances change, rather than on menu size. [5]

Understanding the cost
No universal prescription or complete care price established. Obtain the selected preparation, quantity, supplies, shipping and payment/refill terms, then add separate prescriber and monitoring charges. Strive does not bill insurance; coverage is not guaranteed.
