Define the clinical responsibility before reviewing the menu
Empower’s patient instructions begin with a preferred provider who evaluates and submits a prescription. The pharmacist does not recommend a specific doctor, according to the FAQ. The pharmacy therefore does not establish a complete prevention relationship, a testing schedule or a programme that coordinates every catalogue product. I would identify the clinician responsible for the proposed treatment and its continuing review. [1] [2]
The catalogue includes aqueous NAD+ injection, lyophilized sermorelin acetate injection and compounded weight-care combinations. Their presence does not establish that a reader should combine them or expect a longer healthy life. Choose a defined clinical purpose and decide how a meaningful response will be assessed; the number of available preparations is not an outcome measure. [3] [4] [5] [6]

Keep facility pathways and batch evidence specific
Patient-specific 503A prescriptions differ from 503B office-use products ordered by licensed providers. Empower describes both operations. The preparation, supplying entity, actual label and batch documentation need to match the selected prescription, rather than borrow reassurance from a different facility or example certificate. A general quality badge does not independently establish an assigned clinician’s credentials or an individual batch result. [3] [7]
The quality page describes testing, accreditation and certificates, with a detailed process identified as 503B. I would ask which documentation applies to the patient’s actual fill. These are pharmacy claims to verify, not evidence that NAD+ improves cognition, sermorelin extends lifespan or a vitamin addition improves the outcomes of a compounded weight-care medicine. [7]

Read the current FDA history without broadening its conclusion
FDA’s September 18, 2026 letter addresses the Houston 503A facility after a November 2025 inspection. It discusses certain compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide combinations and deficiencies in sterile-production assurance. Some corrections appeared adequate; others were deficient or could not be fully evaluated. That record belongs alongside the pharmacy’s current quality description. [8]
The warning does not prove that every current preparation is contaminated or that all products were recalled. The reviewed FDA index lists 503A and 503B histories separately and did not show a 503A closeout, while later interactions may not all be reflected there. I would seek the current response and product-specific documentation, rather than pronounce either blanket clearance or blanket failure. [8] [9]

The full care agreement extends beyond the pharmacy quote
Empower requires a prescription to quote a price and says it waits for patient approval before filling. It does not accept insurance and does not refill automatically. None of those statements settles a separate clinic’s membership, testing charges or refill policy. Record the combined cost, the actual preparation and the professional responsible for follow-up before comparing alternatives. [2]
Ordinary returns are generally not accepted; limited returns or credits may be investigated. A lost-package replacement depends on an available refill, and no universal cash remedy or cancellation deadline is established. State shipping capabilities also need confirmation. My assessment would depend on one suitable treatment, clear clinical accountability and an understandable dispensing agreement. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved; neither a catalogue nor a facility registration establishes individual benefit. [2] [10] [11]

Understanding the cost
No single healthspan or comprehensive-care rate is established. Empower requires a prescription for pricing. Include the actual dispensing/supply/shipping charges alongside separate clinician and monitoring costs; catalogue strengths are not complete course prices. [1] [2]
