Start with the service’s purpose rather than the menu
Coby has current pages for compounded NAD+ injections, compounded sermorelin and compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. The existence of those offers is not evidence that combining them improves healthy lifespan. I would ask which problem a clinician is assessing, what outcome would justify continuing and how treatment would be reconsidered if that outcome did not occur. [1] [2] [3] [4]
FDA does not evaluate compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing. The platform’s cellular-energy and recovery explanations do not replace evidence for the actual preparation and proposed use. Coby separates its technology service from independent clinicians and pharmacies; the terms name Beluga Health, P.A., without establishing the assigned individual, dispensing facility or independent license and batch verification for a particular order. [6] [7] [8]

The actual commitment depends on the selected pathway
NAD+ lists $239 on its monthly card for one 1,000 mg vial every four weeks. Quarterly requires $597 upfront for three vials, also described as three months or 12 weeks. The amount per vial does not reveal concentration, volume or full ingredients. Confirm actual billing and supply dates instead of treating week-based and calendar-month periods as identical. [1]
Sermorelin’s hero advertises $199 monthly and $175 quarterly, while its detailed cards show $249 monthly, $199 quarterly and $175 on a six-month plan. Resolve that discrepancy before budgeting. Separately, selected initial GLP-1 bundles show semaglutide $399 for 12 weeks or $930 for 24 weeks, and tirzepatide $697 or $1,590. Those bundles have starting-treatment restrictions and are not prices for an entire longevity package. [2] [3] [4]

Define monitoring and renewal before starting
The product pages advertise consultation, prescribed medication, supplies, shipping and on-demand support. They do not establish a universal included laboratory panel or a fixed clinical or nutrition-appointment schedule. The help centre’s four excluded GLP-1 states are not a verified NAD+ or sermorelin availability map; product, location and individual suitability must be confirmed separately. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5]
No-subscription FAQs coexist with subscription-labelled plans and optional recurring choices. The help centre asks optional subscribers to cancel 30 days ahead; the terms defer to the cutoff provided for the selected purchase. Find out whether the chosen service renews and what each later charge buys. A multi-month delivery does not establish unlimited monitoring or automatic safety for its entire duration. [1] [2] [5] [6]

Keep clinical approval separate from later cancellation
The help centre says Coby preauthorizes the full order but charges only if a provider approves it. A declined request releases the hold, with bank processing potentially taking several business days. An approved order is different: once a prescription is issued and sent to a pharmacy, cancellation is attempted without a guarantee, and a successful cancellation deducts a $50 clinical and visit fee. [5]
Shipped prescriptions are non-refundable. Dispensing and shipping errors should be reported for resolution, without assuming a particular refund or replacement remedy. I would judge one defined service by the complete preparation, clinical follow-up and stopping agreement, rather than committing to several treatments because they appear under the same healthy-aging theme. Understanding the cost
NAD+ lists $239 on its monthly card or $597 upfront quarterly; confirm the actual calendar and week-based dates. Sermorelin’s $199 monthly/$175 quarterly hero conflicts with detailed cards showing $249 monthly, $199/month quarterly and $175/month for six months. Selected starting GLP-1 bundles are separate: semaglutide $399 for 12 weeks/$930 for 24 weeks; tirzepatide $697/$1,590. No combined package or uniform full clinical invoice is established.
