Choose the clinical purpose before considering a second product
The current catalogue includes subcutaneous NAD+, compounded sermorelin and compounded weight-care products. Their appearance under longevity or wellness does not establish that they extend healthy lifespan or belong together in one plan. I would ask which problem is being evaluated, which outcome matters and what would justify continuing that one service. Product-specific evidence should come before a broader recovery or vitality narrative. [1] [2] [3]
The NAD+ and sermorelin pages leave full concentration, volume, ingredients and vial quantities unspecified. Product images say Belle is neither the compounder nor manufacturer. General certification badges and partner lists do not independently verify the assigned clinician, dispenser, batch or a treatment outcome. Compounded preparations are not reviewed by FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing. [2] [3] [10]

Price the supply actually selected
NAD+ lists $199 for one month or $149 per month for three; sermorelin’s $119 per month belongs to a three-month supply. Semaglutide’s monthly equivalents run $199, $119, $109 and $93 for one, two, six and twelve months. Tirzepatide lists $249, $219, $189 and $179 for those terms. A lower equivalent does not make these separate treatments one monthly package. Obtain the actual full invoice and prescribed quantity. [1]
Belle charges the order in full when placed. A provider-declined prescription gets a full refund, with five to ten business days allowed for the bank. Fully prepaid plans are not charged again until term-end renewal, and most supplies are split into two or three shipments. Confirm the actual schedule for each chosen service rather than borrowing the six-month shipping example for every product. [4] [5] [6]

Define monitoring and usable support separately
The pricing page includes provider review, nurse support, supplies, shipping and weekly live group dietitian sessions. That is not a complete prepaid laboratory programme or a fixed schedule of private medical and nutrition appointments. The terms market telehealth across all states, but the exact treatment, prescribing and dispensing availability still need confirmation for the individual. No-membership-fee wording does not remove plan renewal. [1] [11]
FDA’s February 20, 2026 warning concerned Belle-branded compounded GLP-1 imagery suggesting Belle was the compounder. It was not a finding on this NAD+ or sermorelin preparation; current resolution is not established by the letter. [9]

Keep a future cancellation separate from an existing order
The current help policy says a placed order cannot be cancelled or refunded; July terms separately exclude prescription returns and refunds after shipping. Treat the newer order-placement statement as a reason to resolve questions before paying, not to assume a pre-shipment refund window. Incorrect or defective products should be reported within seven days, without a specific cash or replacement remedy guaranteed. [5] [11]
Cancelling stops further renewal and unpaid shipments while prepaid supplies continue to arrive through the term. Pausing stops billing and holds upcoming shipments, but medicine already with the pharmacy still arrives. I would evaluate one preparation and care agreement at a time, with the actual renewal date recorded, rather than expand the purchase because more treatments are available. [6] [7]

Understanding the cost
NAD+ is listed at $199 for one month or $149/month for three months; sermorelin $119/month for three months. Semaglutide ranges from $199 one-month to $93/month twelve-month, tirzepatide $249 to $179 for those terms. These are separate services. Confirm each full payment, supply and renewal; no combined healthy-aging package or uniform laboratory coverage is established.
