Choose the clinical task before choosing the catalogue
RxION offers separate weight-care, NAD+, sermorelin and other programs. Its homepage says licensed providers review health information and that prescriptions, if issued, are filled by a partner pharmacy. The platform facilitates care rather than supplying one clinician, pharmacy and annual preventive-care agreement through every catalogue item. [1] [2]
I would start with the actual unmet need: an assessment, continuing prescription access or a defined follow-up appointment. The service’s general support and monitoring description does not establish an included annual lab panel or unlimited visits. Confirm who handles follow-up and what the selected program pays for before adding another treatment to a health budget.
For a different program with stated annual appointments, compare our Ivologist annual-visit membership review.
The assessment has a cost even when treatment is declined
NAD+ and sermorelin each display a $149 monthly plan covering consultation plus medication if prescribed. The NAD+ description mentions multiple delivery formats, and sermorelin calls the monthly option a single vial. Neither description identifies every formulation detail or proves that all longer bundles share the same purchase terms. [3] [4]
The refund policy returns only the medication portion after non-approval; a seventy-five-dollar consultation fee is nonrefundable. That is a material cost of exploring a program. Get the actual preparation, supplied period, initial charge and continuing agreement together rather than valuing a low monthly number as a complete, risk-free eligibility check. [5]
Separate treatment purchases and monitoring charges with the health-service full-cost planner.

Quality language and a health outcome answer different questions
The treatment pages describe potency, sterility and other laboratory-quality checks. Such claims concern a medication preparation, not an included patient blood panel or proof of longer healthy life. A page headed anti-aging does not demonstrate improvement in function, cognition or a validated aging outcome for the selected prescription. [3] [4]
Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. A cellular mechanism, branded-product trial or favorable customer account cannot validate every supplied formulation. Choose care for a defined purpose and a useful clinical relationship; compare ordinary preventive services or a program with stated appointments separately when those are what the reader needs. [8]
Keep a measurement separate from a health outcome in the evidence on biological-age tests.
The return and delivery rules depend on the stage
Automatic refills can be canceled without charge before renewal. After payment but before provider review, cancellation can be refunded less a 7.5% fee. Once a prescription is issued and sent to the pharmacy, changes, cancellation and refunds are unavailable even if the package has not shipped. [2] [5]
The shipping policy separates review and pharmacy processing from transit. It requires temperature-compromise reports within twenty-four hours and general lost or damaged delivery claims within seven days. These are remedies for a delivery problem, not an ordinary post-prescription trial. Confirm actual shipping and address requirements alongside the selected recurring agreement. [6]

Understanding the cost
NAD+ and sermorelin each display $149 monthly for consultation plus medication if prescribed. Weight-care plans have separate totals. Confirm selected preparation, actual initial and continuing payments, monitoring and shipping. Non-approval retains a $75 consultation fee.
