A broad catalogue should lead to one clear question
Pomegranate’s longevity service names low energy, recovery, cognition, sleep and cardiometabolic concerns. The current catalogue actually includes NAD+ and sermorelin, alongside other prescriptions. That establishes services to investigate, rather than evidence that a combination prevents disease or extends healthy life. [1]
Start with the clinical question and the outcome you want to understand. A symptom can require an examination or a different assessment, and not every concern is a reason to add a prescription. A platform’s range should not decide the treatment plan.
Compare the defined clinical roles in our health-service comparisons.
Establish who is responsible for the assessment
The April 7 terms say Pomegranate is a technology platform rather than the healthcare provider. Clinical providers and pharmacies are independent of it. Ask who will assess the actual concern, interpret testing and handle follow-up after the first order. [3]
The general FAQ says clinicians may request records or recent laboratory results. It does not establish a universal preventive testing package or a complete physical examination. Determine what can be addressed virtually and what belongs with local care before calling this an ongoing health program. [5]
Connect assessment with an actionable follow-up in home blood-pressure monitoring evidence.
Price each prescription and term separately
The public pricing panel lists NAD+ and sermorelin each at $129 per month. Actually selecting three months changes each price to $349 for that term, including the inspected pharmacy selector changes. Those are separate purchases, not a combined longevity-program fee. [2]
Confirm the actual supply, collection timing, testing and continuing-care charges. The product pages advertise no additional membership costs, while separate subscription terms discuss recurring purchases. A clear quote needs the selected arrangement, not an assumption that several treatments share one bill. [4] [6] [7]
Separate the selected commitments in the full care-cost planner.
Keep the claimed benefit specific to the evidence
The NAD+ page connects cellular processes with focus and healthy aging; the sermorelin page connects growth-hormone stimulation with sleep, strength and recovery. Those mechanisms do not establish fewer clinical events, improved function or longer life from the selected preparations or their combination. [6] [7]
Pomegranate acknowledges that the compounds are not FDA-approved and that product images are illustrative. FDA explains that it does not review compounded medicines before marketing for safety, effectiveness and quality. Pharmacy sourcing and a familiar active ingredient cannot supply the missing finished-product outcome evidence. [6] [7] [8]
Distinguish measured outcomes with lean mass and physical function.
Current weight-care availability needs its own answer
Pomegranate also lists compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, but the inspected public pricing options show Sold Out with a BPI notice. Do not treat a product-page starting price as confirmation of current fulfillment. That notice is not proof of a permanent platform-wide closure either. [2] [9]
Any proposed compounded GLP-1 prescription needs a medical rationale an approved medicine cannot meet, consistent with FDA’s guidance. It should not be added merely to complete a longevity package. Appropriate product selection and evidence from the relevant patient population matter more than the breadth of the menu. [10]
Keep the product and population attached to the SELECT cardiovascular evidence.
Resolve the financial exit before adding another treatment
The subscription terms describe automatic renewal and support contact at least 24 hours before the selected period ends to cancel. They call consultation and medication fees nonrefundable, medicine nonreturnable and ask for product or delivery concerns within 24 hours of arrival. Confirm what applies to each proposed purchase. [4]
I would compare Pomegranate when the actual clinical purpose, responsible team and full agreement are coherent. Its general delivery estimate of three to five business days after approval is not a guarantee or a substitute for continuing care. The useful addition is an appropriate action with follow-up, rather than another item from a wellness catalogue. [5]

Understanding the cost
NAD+ and sermorelin each list $129/month or $349/3 months on the actually selected public pricing options. These are separate products, not one longevity-program price. Confirm the selected preparation, collection timing, testing, follow-up and renewal. Listed compounded GLP-1 pricing options currently show Sold Out; no complete available metabolic-care quote is established. [2] [4] [6] [7]
