Choose a defined service before evaluating value
The weight programme describes prescriptions, laboratory review and clinical/pharmacy access. A separate NAD+ page advertises a full-month supply at $199 with assessment, clinician oversight and delivery. These are different offers. Neither page establishes that combining them forms a complete preventive-health or longevity programme. [1] [2]
NAD+ is described as a home injection, without a full concentration, vial count or ingredient list. Its anticipated energy and recovery timeline is not evidence of longer healthy life. I would establish the actual preparation and clinical purpose before deciding whether it earns a place alongside other care. If compounded, it is not FDA-approved. [2] [6]
Keep a marker separate from a health outcome with the biological-age testing evidence.
Value actual monitoring instead of a broad access claim
The weight pathway includes a lab requisition or recent results, with opportunities to discuss treatment and request calls. The monthly programme fee covers clinician access, prescriptions and pharmacy counselling. No complete included testing panel, recurring preventive appointment or nutrition-session schedule is established. Obtain the actual arrangements and testing costs. [1]
The $99 initial consultation and $99 monthly fee exclude medication costs. NAD+ has a separate advertised price and assessment claim; do not automatically attach the weight fee or laboratory arrangement to it. Confirm the complete bill and follow-up for the one service being considered. A broad support label cannot answer those product-specific questions. [1] [2]
Separate the actual visits, tests and prescriptions in the health-service cost planner.
Understand the conditional guarantee and earlier charges
The weight guarantee covers consultation costs only after at least 180 days, with notice between days 180 and 210. It requires less than five percent loss from a starting BMI of at least 27, uninterrupted prescribed treatment, timely lab work and discussion, weekly records and specified photographic/scale proof. It is neither a medication refund nor an NAD+ guarantee. [1]
Terms separately reserve $45 USD incomplete-consultation charges in stated seven-day situations, and the completed $99 weight consultation is charged even without a prescription. Treatment-consent rejection has its own refund exception. Obtain the referenced US Membership Agreement rather than equate any cancellation or nonapproval with a full refund. [3]

Confirm the service, state and next refill commitment
The terms say an already renewed refill cannot be canceled, so pause before renewal. The weight FAQ calls incurred monthly fees nonrefundable, subject to the separate conditional guarantee. NAD+-specific nonapproval, preparation and refund stages still need a written agreement. General terms also put post-delivery responsibility on patients choosing no-signature delivery. [1] [2] [3]
The service page and terms disagree on covered states, and some states appear under both available and coming soon. Confirm the actual service directly. The pharmacy FAQ’s partner name does not verify the assigned dispenser or batch. I would compare a defined care relationship here, without converting convenience, sports partnerships or patient stories into evidence of healthy-lifespan benefit. [3] [4] [5]

Understanding the cost
Weight care: $99 initial consultation, $99 monthly programme fee plus medicine; tests may add costs. NAD+ is separately advertised $199/month with assessment and delivery. Do not transfer weight fees or guarantee to NAD+, or add these into a complete preventive package.
