Use the menu to locate one service
BreezeMeds could be useful when the task is obtaining an online evaluation for a particular prescription and arranging delivery. Its wellness tab lists NAD+ injections, sermorelin injections and a nasal NAD+ option, alongside separate weight-care products. That is a treatment menu, not a documented comprehensive prevention membership. I would choose a service because its clinical role is clear, rather than buy the breadth of the menu. [1]
Someone trying to understand a blood result, preserve function or manage a cardiovascular risk needs a care arrangement organized around that task. The page describes consultation and continuing support, but not a universal laboratory panel or preventive-monitoring schedule. More products do not establish more useful follow-up. The actual clinician should explain what decisions the proposed evaluation and treatment are intended to change. [1]

The wellness numbers still need units
The current wellness cards start at $169 for NAD+ injections, $100 for sermorelin injections and $210 for a nasal NAD+ spray. They do not state a billing period. The NAD+ injection description gives a 20mL bottle but not the concentration on that card. None of those labels establishes a complete annual budget or a comparable prescribed supply. A separate semaglutide panel uses a $199 monthly starting rate; that wording should not be imported into the wellness cards. [1]
Before choosing, obtain the preparation, supplied amount, actual charge and renewal interval. Include required consultations, monitoring and shipping in the same agreement. The FAQ question about cost and insurance instead provides a process timeline, so it cannot be used to certify the starting figure as all-inclusive or insured. Do not let an unresolved low figure decide between a prescribing service and a different kind of care. [1]

Named partners make accountability easier to clarify
BreezeMeds names Lion MD in its medical-team answer and lists Belmar, Strive, Epiq Scripts and Casa Pharma Rx as pharmacy partners. Those are concrete organizations to clarify when the plan is proposed. The actual prescriber and dispenser still need to be identified, with usable contacts for clinical and order concerns. A partner list does not prove that every prescription uses the same pharmacy or establish current licensure on its own. [1]
The reviewed menu and answers do not settle the cancellation deadline or refund terms. A reader considering recurring care should obtain those rules before paying, particularly what happens after the pharmacy begins fulfillment. The all-state service claim also needs product-specific confirmation. These are ordinary purchase conditions, not details that a broad wellness label can resolve. [1]

A healthy-aging claim needs more than access
Energy, recovery and healthy-aging language can explain how a service markets itself. It does not establish that the selected NAD+ or sermorelin product extends healthy life, improves function or replaces established preventive care. Testimonials do not supply that evidence either. The purchase should make sense for a justified clinical need without treating the whole menu as a longevity intervention. [1]
If the prescription is compounded, pharmacy participation must not be mistaken for FDA approval of the finished preparation. FDA does not verify compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing. I would compare BreezeMeds for a specific care task once the full agreement is clear, and use a service focused on testing, nutrition or regular risk management when that is the unresolved need. A broader-looking catalog is not a reason to pay for another prescription. [2]

Understanding the cost
Wellness cards: NAD+ injection from $169, sermorelin injection from $100, NAD+ nasal from $210, without billing intervals. A separate semaglutide injection panel says from $199/month. No combined prevention fee, full upfront total or included laboratory plan is established.
