# Wisp review

I would consider Wisp for a clearly defined service after confirming the product, clinical responsibility and continuing payment. Its NAD+ consultation and monthly weight-care reviews are different commitments. The broader healthy-aging proposition needs outcome-specific evidence, and the compounded drops’ stated human-evidence gap should remain visible.

## A useful next step?

Consider the purpose, the care relationship and the full commitment.

## A reason to consider it

A reader who can separate the clinical question, preparation and financial agreement.

- Named NAD+ formats and weight-care pathways can be assessed separately.

- The public pages describe clinical review and continuing support.

- Product-specific supply and evidence disclosures are available.

## What deserves scrutiny

A buyer combining unrelated starting prices into a proven healthy-aging package.

- A consultation figure does not establish the medication bill.

- Wider menu availability does not establish broader healthspan benefit.

- State, sourcing and product-specific payment conditions need clarification.

## A wider menu creates separate clinical questions

Wisp’s longevity page lists NAD+ injection, NAD+ nasal spray, oral supplements and other distinct treatments. It presents them under a healthy-aging proposition. I would use that menu to identify a specific service to examine, not as proof that buying more of the catalogue produces a longer healthy life. [\[1\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/wisp/#reference-1)

The practical question is what problem the proposed preparation addresses and how its effects would be assessed. A biochemical mechanism, a supply format and a patient-important outcome are different things to establish. A broad energy or vitality description does not make them equivalent.

## The NAD+ consultation and the medicine are different charges

The injection page lists a nonrefundable $25 consult, with medication additional and variable. Its details describe one or two 5 mL vials at 200 mg/mL as thirty days. The nasal page instead starts at $150 and describes 15 mL at 300 mg/mL as thirty days, with one-time and subscription choices. [\[2\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/wisp/#reference-2) [\[3\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/wisp/#reference-3)

I would compare the selected quantity and actual paid term before assigning either route better value. The injection’s nonapproval answer says medication charges are voided; it does not promise a refunded consultation. The general declined-order $25 explanation also needs to be reconciled with the specific consult offer. Compare a different NAD-specific purchase in [our Embody NAD+ review](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/embody-nad/).

## Weight-care follow-up has another financial structure

The weight-care FAQ describes care starting at $99 monthly, with medication extra at a local pharmacy. It explains a $99 authorisation about three weeks later and a charge after the check-in. For delivery, it describes the check-in and medicine total. That is a different purchase from the NAD+ consult. [\[4\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/wisp/#reference-4)

The compounded sublingual semaglutide page displays $225 per month and says the exact formulation has not been tested in the human body. It also states that compounded drugs are not FDA approved. I would not apply branded-product outcomes or the NAD+ supply agreement to this preparation. [\[5\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/wisp/#reference-5)

Separate these actual paid agreements in [the cost planner](https://healthspannerds.com/tools/cost-planner/).

## Source and availability should be product-specific

The weight menu uses separate branded and sublingual state lists, with pickup or delivery restrictions on some branded locations. It also carries a globally sourced, non-FDA-approved product warning with possible customs delays, while the longevity menu promotes US compounding. I would clarify which product each statement describes before paying. [\[1\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/wisp/#reference-1) [\[4\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/wisp/#reference-4)

The metabolic capsules are a supplement rather than the prescribed GLP-1 purchase, and their page says not to use them together with weight-loss prescription or GLP-1 medication. A broader menu should not become a recommendation to combine products simply because they share metabolic-health language. [\[8\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/wisp/#reference-8)

For another route-specific menu and cost comparison, read [our HealthiCare review](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/healthicare/).

## Continuing care includes a financial exit

The terms distinguish Wisp’s administrative and technology role from clinical care delivered through affiliated practices. I would identify who handles the proposed treatment and what happens at follow-up, rather than assume the wider brand is a single comprehensive prevention service. [\[7\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/wisp/#reference-7)

The FAQ and terms require cancellation at least 48 hours before renewal. Terms generally make product sales final and reserve discretion over specified refunds or replacements. Future cancellation, a medication authorisation being voided and recovery of a consultation fee should remain separate questions. ## My assessment stays narrower than the longevity promise

Wisp can be useful to compare for its particular online care pathways. I would shortlist a specific offer only when the preparation, relevant evidence, responsible clinician and continuing charge are clear. The healthy-aging theme does not itself establish an additional benefit.

Compare another provider over the same paid period, and keep routine preventive care and objective follow-up in view. A manageable service arrangement is valuable without turning menu breadth or cellular-health language into a demonstrated extension of healthspan.

## Understanding the cost

The NAD+ injection page lists a nonrefundable $25 consult with medication extra; the nasal offer starts at $150 with one-time or subscription choices. Weight care starts at $99/month, with pharmacy medicine extra or a selected combined delivery bill. The $225/month drops card does not establish every applicable care charge. Compare each product separately and clarify the general declined-order fee rule before payment.
