A clinical weight-care purpose should come first
WeightlessRx connects patients with independent clinicians for compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, with nutrition coaching, meal plans and fitness features alongside messaging. The terms name MD Integrations as the telemedicine network and VitaScripts as a pharmacy partner. Those are different roles, not evidence that the platform itself manufactures medicine or decides prescriptions. [1] [2] [3]
The service describes nationwide availability, subject to a clinician’s assessment. An online intake and advertised product do not guarantee suitability or access for an individual. I would compare the package for a defined weight-care need, rather than treat weight management as an interchangeable purchase with broader prevention or longevity services. [1] [3]

The term total is useful but the debit needs confirmation
The current three-month cards list $500 for semaglutide and $700 for tirzepatide, marketed with monthly equivalents from $167 and $233. They advertise no membership or consultation fee and included shipping. A three-month supply total is a useful comparison figure, but it does not establish how frequently the account is charged. [1]
General subscription terms describe monthly automatic payments, several possible fee components and price changes with 30 days’ notice. The main page instead promises a lifetime price lock. Resolve the selected collection amount, renewal period, inclusions and price conditions in writing. A lower equivalent has limited value when the commitment is different from the one the buyer expects. [1] [2]

The approval and refund promises are not interchangeable
The homepage places charging after clinician approval, and the care-process page says prescription issuance and dispensing. The agreement describes consultation billing regardless of prescription outcome and starts the consultation with payment. Those provisions need a plan-specific answer; a zero-due-today headline alone does not establish a cost-free medical evaluation. [1] [2] [3]
The billing section says physician disqualification receives a full refund. Subscription wording says medical ineligibility may receive a partial refund, with other circumstances reviewed individually. It also distinguishes disqualification from failing to finish the process. Keep the exact exception and amount attached to the selected agreement instead of assuming every declined or interrupted course returns all charges. [2]

An account pause cannot stop every part of the purchase
Cancellation or a pause requires at least five business days’ notice before the next billing date. A late cancellation takes effect the following cycle; the main terms make processed periods nonrefundable. A pause can last up to 90 days without billing, while access is suspended. It is an account arrangement with a deadline, not an open-ended right to recover a paid term. [1] [2]
Pharmacy orders cannot be paused, redirected or changed after processing. The terms consider replacement for specified problems, including damage reported within 48 hours with photographs, incorrect medication or a recall. This is narrower than an unconditional delivery guarantee. A clinical follow-up plan and a correct shipping address matter before the next order enters fulfillment. [2]

A testing display is not approval of the finished medicine
Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved finished products or approved generics of branded treatments. FDA has not reviewed these compounded products before marketing and says compounding should address needs an approved medicine cannot meet. That distinction should remain part of the clinical decision. [4]
The provider advertises potency, sterility, pH and endotoxin checks. A general testing display does not supply the actual patient’s batch report, establish an assigned pharmacy’s current licensing status or verify the quality of a delivered vial. Likewise, naming a pharmacy does not make its preparations FDA-approved. Keep the actual dispensing label and instructions attached to the care relationship. [1] [2]

Value comes from usable follow-up rather than success percentages
The homepage uses self-reported member weights and compares them with outcomes from a separate publication. It is not a randomized test of the service against another provider, and it does not establish cardiovascular prevention, preserved function or longer healthy life. Assess the messaging and nutrition support for the job they perform rather than turn a success percentage into a clinical forecast. [1]
Unlimited messaging is a contact method, not emergency monitoring. Dispatch estimates also vary from two business days on the main page to three to five on the process page; recurring 28-day language does not resolve the billing term. I would choose between a bundled subscription, a separate clinician-and-dietitian programme or individual visits after settling the written payment and follow-up arrangement. [1] [3]
Keep clinical outcome claims attached to the SELECT cardiovascular evidence.
Consider the meaningful outcome with weight loss, lean mass and function.

Understanding the cost
Current three-month cards list $500 total for compounded semaglutide and $700 for compounded tirzepatide, displayed as from $167/$233 per month. These are term totals, not verified monthly debits. Main-page no-consult-fee/free-shipping/labs-when-required promises differ from general consultation and fee provisions; written monthly billing and price-change clauses also need reconciliation with three-month and lifetime-price marketing. Confirm the selected term, complete charge, renewal and approval/refund trigger. [1] [2] [3]
