Keep the clinical role narrower than the marketing
VivioMD’s terms identify the platform as nonclinical business support, with medical services through OpenLoop and affiliated independent groups. The actual clinician determines treatment suitability. This is a route to a defined weight-care assessment, not evidence of comprehensive preventive care or a guarantee that a prescription will be written. [2] [6]
The terms name RedRock and Triad Rx for compounding and Health Warehouse for retail fulfillment. Identify the pharmacy and actual preparation in the selected prescription. A list of participants or educational brand names does not establish stock, batch quality or what the proposed payment includes. [2] [4]

An unspecified flat rate cannot establish value
The current homepage says the price stays flat as the dose changes and advertises a $100 saving, without a complete dollar plan price. I would keep the total unknown rather than infer a monthly fee from a promotion. Price stability only becomes useful once the underlying prescription and paid term are known. [1]
Subscription periods are billed in advance and renew for an equal term at the then-current rate. The terms permit separate charges for care outside the participating arrangement. Establish the full collected commitment, renewal amount, testing and medication inclusions; possible lab services in a policy are not proof that all required testing is paid for. [2] [3]
Keep the actual collected commitment visible in the complete care-cost planner.
Location and follow-up need precise boundaries
The homepage describes a fifty-state network, but the terms state forty-nine states and exclude Louisiana. Use the explicit restriction when assessing access. Individual clinical suitability and local dispensing requirements still apply, even where the network operates. [1] [2]
A live consultation, regular contact and 24/7 messaging are advertised. The telehealth disclosure says an in-person referral may be needed and the platform is not for emergencies. Establish the reassessment plan for the patient’s actual prescription; message access does not establish immediate medical attention or a comprehensive monitoring schedule. [1] [6]

The renewal deadline is different from the initial refund window
Cancellation must be received at least 72 hours before the next billing date to avoid the upcoming charge. Late notice can leave that cycle payable and move the stop to the following cycle. This is distinct from a full refund in the first 72 hours of a subscription term, which additionally requires no subscription services to have been received. [3]
Monthly cancellation ordinarily does not refund the current or previous cycles. Multi-month fees have an exception for months without a medication shipment, while terms can forfeit a minimum-term discount and reprice completed months at the full rate. The refund calculation needs to reflect both provisions rather than an assumed unused monthly equivalent. [2] [3]

Eligibility changes do not erase every delivered service
The policy promises a full refund for medical disqualification at entry and separately addresses subscription charges after a later disqualification. It also leaves the patient responsible for care already rendered and limits the subscription policy’s reach over other clinical, pharmacy and medication charges. A health-related stop therefore needs its actual financial treatment confirmed. [3]
Medication subscription cancellation is allowed before the applicable order is placed, subject to the policy. Damaged items may be replaced with evidence and incorrect items replaced by the pharmacy. Neither remedy is a general guarantee of effectiveness or a return right for an unsatisfactory experience. [2] [3]

A pictured-label warning is not a batch assessment
FDA’s June 8, 2026 warning concerned VivioMD labels pictured as though the company compounded the drugs. Its current footer describes independent pharmacies and illustrative packaging. Neither the warning nor that disclaimer establishes a particular batch defect, FDA clearance or treatment effectiveness. [1] [5]
I would compare the selected service only after its clinical role, preparation and complete commitment are clear. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and cannot borrow every outcome from a branded-product trial. Keep the intended clinical outcome and population attached to the evidence rather than use easier access or a low advertised saving as a proxy for longer healthy life. [4] [7]
Keep the product and study population attached to the SELECT cardiovascular evidence.
Consider the meaningful outcome with lean mass and physical function.

Understanding the cost
Current homepage promises flat pricing and advertises a $100 saving without a complete dollar plan price. Terms bill the selected monthly/quarterly/annual period in advance and renew it automatically; minimum-term discounts may be forfeited/recalculated on early cancellation. Confirm the exact prescription, full collected term, renewal price, inclusions and outside clinical/lab charges. No verified complete monthly total. [1] [2] [3]
