# TMates review

TMates is worth comparing for a defined care need when the selected product, follow-up and financial agreement are clear. Its catalogue and term totals make several services identifiable, but breadth is not evidence that a reader needs a combination. I would choose the clinical purpose before a longer purchase or an anti-aging claim.

## A useful next step?

Consider the purpose, the care relationship and the full commitment.

Visit TMates↗Official provider website. No affiliate relationship is currently listed.

## A reason to consider it

Someone who can identify the specific service missing from existing care.

- Weight-care, NAD+ and sermorelin products are named separately.

- One-month and longer-term totals are visible.

- The platform assigns clinical responsibility to independent providers.

## What deserves scrutiny

A reader combining products because they share an anti-aging category.

- Longer-plan equivalents do not describe one-month purchases.

- Payment, renewal and monitoring details need a selected agreement.

- Refund provisions include weight-loss-specific language.

- A broad catalogue does not demonstrate a combined clinical benefit.

## Choose the missing service rather than the largest catalogue

TMates lists compounded weight-care products alongside NAD+ and sermorelin. That breadth can be convenient for someone comparing a particular service, but it is not evidence that several treatments belong in one plan or that the catalogue constitutes a healthy-aging programme. [\[1\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/tmates/#reference-1) [\[2\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/tmates/#reference-2) [\[6\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/tmates/#reference-6) [\[7\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/tmates/#reference-7)

I would identify the actual gap in existing care first. A reader already satisfied with clinical follow-up may need a narrower medicine or cost comparison. Someone considering a new prescription needs an individual rationale, not a recommendation inferred from adjacent product cards.

Keep the measured outcome in context with [the weight, lean-mass and function review](https://healthspannerds.com/research/weight-loss-lean-mass-function/).

## Attach the total to every lower monthly equivalent

The default injectable one-month cards show semaglutide at $249 and tirzepatide at $297. Their twelve-month totals are $1,900 and $1,999, displayed as $158 and $167 per month. Medication, shipping and ongoing support are described as included, but the actual selected supply and care terms need a complete quote. [\[1\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/tmates/#reference-1) [\[2\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/tmates/#reference-2)

A monthly equivalent does not settle the debit schedule. The terms contemplate payment arrangements without explaining every public card’s renewal or installment structure. I would compare cash due now, later obligations and reassessment needs together before treating a larger paid term as better value. [\[3\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/tmates/#reference-3)

Compare the actual selected payment terms in [the annual care-cost planner](https://healthspannerds.com/tools/cost-planner/).

## The NAD and sermorelin offers need separate judgments

Injectable NAD+ lists a $149 one-month plan and a $1,050 twelve-month plan, displayed as $88 per month. Sermorelin lists $179 for one month or $1,550 for twelve, displayed as $129. NAD+ also has a nasal option; its actual preparation and price need their own confirmation. [\[6\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/tmates/#reference-6) [\[7\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/tmates/#reference-7)

The category’s cellular-repair and anti-aging language does not establish better function or longer life from buying either service. A clinical reason and appropriate monitoring should stand on their own. The weight-care programme’s inclusions and refund exception should not automatically be transferred to a different prescription.

## A platform is not the prescriber or compounder

The August 2025 terms describe independent treating professionals and say TMates does not practice medicine. The footer says it is not a 503A or 503B compounding facility, and that product images are illustrative. Identify the actual preparation, clinician and dispensing pharmacy for the selected order. [\[1\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/tmates/#reference-1) [\[3\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/tmates/#reference-3)

FDA explains that compounded drugs do not receive premarket approval. An ingredient or delivery route alone does not establish clinical equivalence to a different finished medicine. Promotional testimonials also cannot supply a controlled comparison of this platform’s effects on weight, recovery, energy or aging. [\[5\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/tmates/#reference-5)

Compare a different clinical-and-pharmacy arrangement in [our MyStart Health review](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/mystart-health/).

## The financial exit depends on the prescription stage

The terms promise a full refund before medical-history review, then describe an ineligibility refund specifically for medication-assisted weight-loss plans. They deny refunds once an eligible patient’s prescription is written and transmitted to a pharmacy. Payment plans remain if a refund is not approved. [\[3\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/tmates/#reference-3)

That framework should be clarified for the selected product before a long-term agreement. The product’s cancel-anytime line does not establish a universal refund of unused months. Exact renewal dates, required notice and any remaining obligation belong in the written purchase rather than in assumptions drawn from a short headline.

Keep the complete purchase visible in [our service comparisons](https://healthspannerds.com/compare/).

## Compare the continuing care, not a promise of transformation

The general FAQ describes clinical visits, coaching and medication. It also makes a broad insurance statement, while the terms do not guarantee reimbursement. Neither statement establishes the actual monitoring, contact frequency or coverage of a particular prescription. [\[3\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/tmates/#reference-3) [\[4\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/tmates/#reference-4)

LifeMD is a separate clinical-access option for a defined weight-care need; Sprout offers a different bundled comparison. Compare the service that would improve continuity and make the next decision clearer. A broader catalogue or a lower annual equivalent should not decide the clinical plan.

## Understanding the cost

Default injectable semaglutide: one month $249; three months $650; six months $1,050; twelve months $1,900 ($158/month displayed equivalent). Injectable tirzepatide: one month $297; three months $800; six months $1,299; twelve months $1,999 ($167/month equivalent). Confirm actual debit schedule, supply, renewal and any separate clinical costs. Oral option pricing is not established by the injectable default.
