# RNK Health review

RNK offers separate NAD+, sermorelin and GLP-1 services. Compare the selected treatment and billing period; its medication menu is not one comprehensive prevention membership.

## A useful next step?

Consider the purpose, the care relationship and the full commitment.

## A reason to consider it

Readers comparing a defined remote prescribing service and the support, preparation and recurring agreement that accompany it.

- Product pages identify separate starting prices and advertised inclusions.

- The homepage explicitly describes coach and medical access.

- The refund policy distinguishes eligibility, fulfillment and renewal requests.

## What deserves scrutiny

Readers expecting one quoted price to include every treatment, a complete prevention program or a refund because results disappoint.

- Different product lines use different billing arrangements.

- General support access does not identify a complete follow-up calendar.

- Intake submission and renewal deadlines limit refund flexibility.

## Choose the clinical task before the menu

RNK is worth considering when the purchase is a particular prescribing relationship rather than a general promise of healthier aging. Its homepage offers NAD+, sermorelin and weight-care products, with access to a coach and doctors. The product pages describe consultation, medical support or supplies alongside the selected treatment. I would begin with the concern that needs care, then establish which professional will follow it. A menu of treatments cannot decide which one is appropriate or coordinate the rest of a person’s preventive care. [\[1\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/rnk-health/#reference-1) [\[2\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/rnk-health/#reference-2) [\[3\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/rnk-health/#reference-3) [\[4\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/rnk-health/#reference-4) [\[5\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/rnk-health/#reference-5)

RNK also sells a separate genetic-report and coaching package. That is another purchase with different sample, interpretation and refund questions. It should not be treated as a laboratory panel included in a medication subscription or as proof that a prescription has been genetically matched. Keep the clinical-service agreement and any testing order identifiable in their own right. ## The monthly numbers describe different commitments

The NAD+ and sermorelin plan tables show $169 per month on monthly billing, $149 per month billed every three months and $129 per month billed every six months. They describe monthly shipping. The semaglutide page starts at $197 per month and tirzepatide at $297 per month, with medication, consultation or prescription, supplies and shipping listed. Those are separate offers. The six-month price table should not be assigned to a GLP-1 order just because the seller is the same. [\[2\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/rnk-health/#reference-2) [\[3\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/rnk-health/#reference-3) [\[4\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/rnk-health/#reference-4) [\[5\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/rnk-health/#reference-5)

The general terms distinguish platform access fees from potential pharmacy-related charges. Resolve that wording against the advertised inclusions before paying. The useful quote names the actual preparation, supplied quantity, amount charged now, renewal date and any testing or professional expense outside the bundle. Adding several starting rates together would not establish the price of a coordinated healthspan program. [\[6\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/rnk-health/#reference-6)

## Support needs an accountable person and schedule

Coach access is a real part of RNK’s homepage offer, but access alone does not specify appointment frequency or professional qualifications. The refund policy describes a patient-support line available around the clock and says services can vary by product and professional entity. A support line is not a schedule of physician visits or dietitian sessions. Confirm who handles a new symptom, a treatment question and an administrative request, rather than assume each uses the same route. [\[1\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/rnk-health/#reference-1) [\[7\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/rnk-health/#reference-7)

RNK’s terms separate its platform from independent medical and dispensing entities. A pharmacy address on a footer does not identify the dispenser for a particular order. Obtain the name and preparation details from the selected service. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved, and FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness and quality before marketing. The care arrangement and the status of the actual product both belong in the decision. ## Stopping care and reversing a payment are separate decisions

The refund policy requires cancellation at least 72 hours before the next billing date to prevent another charge. Fees generally become final on intake submission, and rebills are nonrefundable. NAD+ dose expectations, sermorelin progress and dissatisfaction with GLP-1 results do not create ordinary refund rights under the product-specific sections. The policy describes narrower eligibility and fulfillment exceptions; its provider-disqualification FAQ uses “may” where an earlier section promises an unused-portion refund. Confirm that process before relying on it. [\[7\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/rnk-health/#reference-7)

I would compare RNK for a clearly defined clinical service with a manageable billing period. Someone seeking comprehensive prevention, interpretation of existing results or regular nutrition care may need a different relationship alongside it. Choose the service that can identify its responsibility and continuing cost, rather than pay for the breadth of a menu. A clinician’s decision to change treatment also needs a separate explanation of what happens to the paid subscription. ## Understanding the cost

No single comprehensive-care price is established. NAD+ and sermorelin start at a $129 monthly equivalent billed every six months; semaglutide starts at $197/month and tirzepatide at $297/month on separate product pages. Confirm the selected invoice and any additional charges.
