Independent clinician consultation platform

# Push Health review

I would consider Push Health for a specific consultation when the reader can identify the clinician, follow-up responsibilities and pharmacy costs. The wider service catalogue is useful, but it is not a comprehensive preventive-care plan or evidence of a healthspan outcome. Compare the actual care arrangement before choosing it for convenience.

## A useful next step?

Consider the purpose, the care relationship and the full commitment.

## A reason to consider it

A reader who can coordinate a specific consultation with existing care and a chosen pharmacy.

- The central catalogue identifies distinct consultation services.

- Prescribing is left to independent medical providers.

- The platform separates consultation charges from pharmacy fulfillment.

## What deserves scrutiny

A buyer expecting one subscription to include every clinical review, medicine and test.

- The public pages do not establish a universal clinician fee or continuing-care package.

- Pharmacy availability, payment and delivery are arranged separately.

- The catalogue does not establish a measured healthspan benefit.

## A specific consultation is the useful starting point

Push Health’s central catalogue lists weight-loss care, high-blood-pressure consultations and other distinct services. The blood-pressure page describes access to a clinician who can prescribe when appropriate. This is a way to investigate a defined care need, rather than a reason to purchase an unspecified longevity programme. [\[4\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/push-health/#reference-4) [\[5\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/push-health/#reference-5)

I would start by identifying the question, the clinician responsible and the information needed for follow-up. The presence of several services on one website does not establish that every practitioner offers each one or that all relevant care will be included in a single arrangement.

For a different broad clinical-service menu, compare [our AgelessRx review](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/agelessrx/).

## The platform is not the dispensing pharmacy

The patient FAQ says prescribing decisions belong to independent providers and that Push Health does not sell or ship medicine. Where a prescription is written, the patient coordinates fulfillment directly with the chosen pharmacy. That division matters when judging convenience. [\[2\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/push-health/#reference-2)

It gives a reader another way to organise care, particularly when a preferred pharmacy is already part of the routine. It also leaves practical tasks to resolve: the prescription must be available, paid for and supplied through that pharmacy. Platform access alone cannot guarantee those outcomes.

Compare another weight-care and pharmacy arrangement in [our LifeMD review](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/lifemd/).

## The consultation bill is not the treatment budget

The FAQ describes fees that depend on the service and include professional charges where applicable plus processing. The support article explicitly excludes medication costs; it was last updated in November 2021, and the current FAQ repeats the separate-payment model. No standard complete recurring treatment price is established here. [\[2\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/push-health/#reference-2) [\[3\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/push-health/#reference-3)

For weight care, the public page says no subscription or insurance is required. I would still compare the actual consultation, medicine and any further reviews or testing. That statement should not become a claim that the whole treatment is free or that an insurer will cover the pharmacy purchase. [\[1\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/push-health/#reference-1)

Keep service, medication and testing costs visible in [the cost planner](https://healthspannerds.com/tools/cost-planner/).

## Continuing care needs a named responsibility

The FAQ describes most providers reviewing requests within 24 hours or less, while making clear that timing depends on the individual provider. The service pages’ same-day availability does not establish a uniform ongoing response agreement. Confirm how later questions and monitoring are handled. [\[1\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/push-health/#reference-1) [\[2\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/push-health/#reference-2)

For blood-pressure care, I would ask how readings and any indicated follow-up connect with the reader’s existing clinician. This review is assessing that service relationship, not selecting a drug or setting a treatment target. Access to a consultation is not itself a demonstrated improvement in long-term health.

Examine the separate monitoring evidence in [our home blood-pressure monitoring research](https://healthspannerds.com/research/home-blood-pressure-monitoring/).

## Different cancellations have different financial rules

The medication-request FAQ limits refunds to cases with a professional fee and describes a full refund of related service fees when the request is canceled before the clinician writes the prescription. Once the patient approves a recommended prescription, Push Health says it cannot provide a refund. The intervening stage and pharmacy rules need clarification. [\[2\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/push-health/#reference-2)

The same FAQ gives lab testing a separate rule: cancellation before testing can refund laboratory and platform fees, but professional fees for the canceled testing are not refundable. I would keep those service-specific conditions separate rather than describe a universal money-back policy. [\[2\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/push-health/#reference-2)

## My assessment stays with the care actually arranged

Push Health can fit a reader seeking a specific online consultation who is comfortable coordinating pharmacy fulfillment. I would compare the responsible clinician, follow-up and separate payments before relying on the broader catalogue. Convenience is easier to value when the remaining responsibilities are visible.

A routine measurement, an appropriate clinical decision and a longer healthy life are different things to establish. Keep preventive care and the evidence for any proposed treatment in view. The service can be useful without turning its breadth into a proven healthspan intervention.

## Understanding the cost

Service fees depend on the service and clinician; no standard current GLP-1 consultation fee or complete recurring treatment total is established by the public pages reviewed. Medication costs are separate and paid to the selected pharmacy. The weight-loss page says no subscription or health insurance is required, which does not mean care or medicine is free. Clarify the next consultation, pharmacy, testing and coverage costs. Refund conditions distinguish a cancellation before prescribing from approval of a recommended prescription.
