Assess Novi’s compounded GLP-1 service: quarterly prices, subscription conditions, refund limits, independent clinicians and pharmacies, and evidence boundaries.

Independent-prescriber access to compounded GLP-1 care

# Novi review

Novi deserves a closer look only when a clinician has established why compounded treatment is appropriate and the written purchase terms are settled. Its footer supplies useful quarterly prices, but older subscription conditions complicate the promise of easy cancellation. I would prioritize the identified care team, pharmacy and complete commitment over the discount headline.

## A useful next step?

Consider the purpose, the care relationship and the full commitment.

## A reason to consider it

Someone with a defined treatment need who can verify the actual medicine, care relationship and selected contract.

- The main offer discloses quarterly billing amounts.

- The platform distinguishes its role from prescribers and dispensing facilities.

- Compounded-product limitations appear in the safety disclosures.

## What deserves scrutiny

A reader treating fast weight-loss advertising as evidence of improved function or longer life.

- Current promotions and older commitment clauses need reconciliation.

- The selected compound does not have FDA premarket approval.

- The dispensing facility is not established by the platform name alone.

- The advertised results do not establish long-term health outcomes.

## A defined clinical purpose should come first

Novi markets weight-management treatment rather than a demonstrated prevention or longevity programme. Its main offers are compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, with prescribing decisions made by independent clinicians. A cheaper route to a familiar ingredient does not establish the right intervention for a particular reader. [\[1\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/novi/#reference-1) [\[4\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/novi/#reference-4)

FDA advises reserving compounded medicines for medical needs that an approved drug cannot meet. These products do not have the same premarket safety, effectiveness and quality review. The clinical rationale matters before the financial comparison begins. [\[5\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/novi/#reference-5)

Keep outcomes beyond the scale attached to [weight loss, lean mass and function evidence](https://healthspannerds.com/research/weight-loss-lean-mass-function/).

## Know the clinician and the dispensing facility

Novi describes its own role as technology and nonclinical administrative support. It does not itself prescribe or compound the medicine. The footer says independent pharmacies or outsourcing facilities are identified in order-confirmation emails. That distinction should remain visible when choosing the service. [\[1\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/novi/#reference-1)

The programme name alone does not tell a buyer which facility prepares the selected formulation or who manages a clinical concern. I would establish those relationships and their availability in the reader’s state. The terms limit services to adults in US states where offered; they do not prove universal coverage. [\[2\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/novi/#reference-2)

For another platform with separate care and fulfillment responsibilities, read [our NowPatient review](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/nowpatient/).

## Use the quarterly charge in the budget

The semaglutide promotion is $99 per month equivalent, billed $297 every three months, with a separate $129 monthly option. Tirzepatide is $139 per month equivalent, billed $417 quarterly, or $169 month-to-month. The public offer advertises the consultation, prescription process and shipping together. [\[1\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/novi/#reference-1)

Promotional prices can change, and the actual quote must settle taxes or other applicable charges. The separate branded cards do not establish the same complete package or supply period. I would compare the amount due now and the continuing charge rather than rank programmes by a smallest monthly-looking number. [\[1\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/novi/#reference-1) [\[2\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/novi/#reference-2)

Keep the actual invoices and commitment together in [the annual care-cost planner](https://healthspannerds.com/tools/cost-planner/).

## Resolve the agreement before accepting the promotion

The homepage says cancel anytime and no monthly membership. The July 2025 subscription policy describes certain products with a three-month minimum and upfront collection, default thirty-day renewal and cancellation fifteen days before the next processing date after the commitment. [\[1\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/novi/#reference-1) [\[2\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/novi/#reference-2)

The current quarterly promotion and advertised monthly option need their own written terms reconciled with that policy. A cancellation request is not the same as a refund or release from remaining charges. The practical question is the actual commitment attached to the selected offer, not which headline sounds more flexible.

Compare a distinct clinical and behavioral membership in [our Noom Med review](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/noom-med/).

## A refund policy is part of the purchase

The terms describe refunding the initial payment if prescribing the ordered service is medically inappropriate, while otherwise making the committed subscription fees nonrefundable. The standalone refund page does not accept returns and asks people with concerns to contact support. An incorrectly priced order canceled by the company has a separate refund provision. [\[2\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/novi/#reference-2) [\[3\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/novi/#reference-3)

Those exceptions should remain attached to their stated triggers. They are not a general satisfaction guarantee for a medicine purchase. Clarify the selected plan’s financial exit before relying on the possibility of stopping after a short trial.

For a different commitment and refund arrangement, compare [our WeightWatchers Clinic review](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/weightwatchers-clinic/).

## Keep results and convenience in proportion

The homepage advertises rapid weight loss and uses testimonials. Those statements do not establish a comparable effect from a selected compound or prove fewer cardiovascular events, preserved muscle, better function or a longer life from using Novi. Its own disclaimer says individual outcomes vary and no amount of weight loss is guaranteed. [\[1\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/novi/#reference-1)

I would compare the service when the clinical rationale and responsibilities are clear, then decide whether its actual commitment is acceptable. LifeMD is a separate clinical-access model to assess if branded-prescription support is more relevant; its medicines and fees need their own review. Convenience and shipment speed cannot replace a continuing clinical relationship.

## Understanding the cost

Current promotional disclosure: semaglutide $99/month equivalent billed $297 every three months, or $129 month-to-month; tirzepatide $139/month equivalent billed $417 every three months, or $169 month-to-month. The older terms describe a minimum three-month subscription commitment, upfront collection, default 30-day renewal and a 15-day cancellation deadline after the commitment. Reconcile the selected offer and terms before payment. Consult/prescription process/shipping are advertised as included; taxes or other actual purchase charges must be checked. Branded cards are separate and do not establish a complete supply price. [\[1\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/novi/#reference-1) [\[2\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/novi/#reference-2)
