Broad care platform with separately selected weight and longevity prescriptions

# Mochi Health review

Mochi makes sense when a defined care relationship adds something useful to existing medical care. Its broad catalogue is a convenience, not evidence that buying several treatments improves healthspan. I would choose after the actual prescription, continuing cost and insurance arrangement are clear, and treat longer membership discounts as a commitment rather than a small monthly bill.

## A useful next step?

Consider the purpose, the care relationship and the full commitment.

## A reason to consider it

Someone who can identify the additional appointments or coordination the membership supplies.

- Care fees and prescription charges are separately described.

- The catalogue distinguishes several preparations and routes.

- Video evaluation and continuing contact are offered.

## What deserves scrutiny

A buyer seeking a proven longevity bundle or automatic coverage of medication and labs.

- Each product still needs its own supply and complete quote.

- Current insurance marketing differs from the linked agreement.

- Longer paid terms are not guaranteed refundable trials.

## Catalogue breadth should not become a treatment plan

Mochi lists weight-care preparations alongside NAD+ injection, nasal and topical options and compounded sermorelin. That can make administration easier for someone with a defined need, but it does not establish that every listed product adds health benefit. [\[1\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/mochi/#reference-1) [\[5\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/mochi/#reference-5)

The platform supplies technology and administrative services; independent practices provide medical care. Choose the additional relationship for a specific purpose rather than assume a broad subscription replaces primary care or creates a reason to combine treatments. [\[2\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/mochi/#reference-2)

## Membership is only one part of the purchase

The one-month Health membership is $79 after an eligible introductory credit. Medication and laboratory panels are separate, with labs advertised from $26. Each selected prescription needs the actual preparation, supplied period and charge. [\[1\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/mochi/#reference-1)

The longevity catalogue lists NAD+ injection from $135 and sermorelin from $199 plus membership. Those starting figures do not establish equal supply periods or complete monthly treatment costs. A nasal or topical option is also a different route, not simply a cheaper equivalent of the injection. [\[5\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/mochi/#reference-5) [\[6\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/mochi/#reference-6) [\[7\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/mochi/#reference-7)

Separate the selected payments with [the full care-cost planner](https://healthspannerds.com/tools/cost-planner/).

## An annual equivalent hides a longer cash commitment

The pricing selector displays $588 per twelve months, or $49 per month as an equivalent. Its initial display falls to $509 after a $79 credit. Confirm the applicable offer and actual debit before choosing the term. This is not the same budget decision as paying $49 each month. [\[1\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/mochi/#reference-1)

The terms do not promise a refund for a partly used membership. A year of access should therefore solve a continuing need, rather than merely make an advertised monthly number look smaller. [\[2\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/mochi/#reference-2)

For another care and access arrangement, read [our LifeMD review](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/lifemd/).

## Clarify the insurance arrangement before using its estimate

Current marketing offers an insurance-linked platform plan and visit copay estimates while describing medication as self-pay. The linked patient agreement still says commercial insurance is not directly billed and describes a coded bill on request. Neither should silently be discarded when planning the actual purchase. [\[1\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/mochi/#reference-1) [\[2\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/mochi/#reference-2)

Get the responsible medical entity, applicable plan and expected visit charge together. Prior-authorization help does not guarantee medication coverage, and the platform fee is not an all-in price for clinical care, prescriptions and testing.

Compare a different remote weight-care purchase in [our MEDVi review](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/medvi/).

## Keep product identity separate from a longevity promise

The NAD+ and sermorelin pages identify compounded preparations, not FDA-approved products for the advertised use. FDA does not perform premarket safety, effectiveness and quality review of compounded medicines. A prescription can address an individual clinical decision without proving broader healthy-aging benefits. [\[4\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/mochi/#reference-4) [\[6\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/mochi/#reference-6) [\[7\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/mochi/#reference-7)

The longevity page’s energy, recovery and aging language is not an estimate of added healthy years for each finished preparation. For GLP-1 compounds, FDA also ties use to needs an approved drug cannot meet. A familiar ingredient, general member testimonial or broad catalogue does not transfer an approved trial’s clinical outcomes. [\[5\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/mochi/#reference-5) [\[8\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/mochi/#reference-8)

Keep the trial product and outcome specific with [the SELECT cardiovascular evidence](https://healthspannerds.com/research/semaglutide-cardiovascular-select/).

## The financial exit depends on two different subscriptions

Membership cancellation uses the account control or published phone route, not email, and takes effect at the end of the current paid term. The terms do not guarantee a partial-term refund. A medication subscription can instead be modified before the refill request is sent for pharmacy fulfillment. [\[2\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/mochi/#reference-2)

After submission for dispensing, the medication fee is non-refundable, and the return policy makes prescription sales final. Stopping a future renewal is a different action from reversing a processed purchase. Confirm both deadlines before assuming cancel-anytime means the whole transaction is refundable. [\[2\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/mochi/#reference-2) [\[3\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/mochi/#reference-3)

The patient agreement separately allows a missed-appointment charge up to $75 without twenty-four hours’ notice. An appointment change, membership cancellation and a medication refill are three different deadlines. [\[2\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/mochi/#reference-2)

## Pay for the useful work added to existing care

Compare LifeMD for another clinical and branded-access arrangement, or MEDVi for a different remote weight-care purchase. The relevant comparison is the selected service, actual contact and paid term, not the number of treatments in the menu.

Mochi earns consideration when that additional relationship is useful and its complete costs are clear. I would keep the prescription decision specific and avoid paying for a broad promise of optimization that the catalogue itself cannot establish.

Distinguish the desired outcomes with [the evidence on lean mass and physical function](https://healthspannerds.com/research/weight-loss-lean-mass-function/).

## Understanding the cost

Health membership $79 month to month after an eligible first-month credit; annual selector $588 per twelve months and $509 initially with displayed $79 credit. Medicine and labs separate. NAD+ injection from $135 and sermorelin from $199 do not establish monthly supply totals. Insurance-linked platform fees and estimated visits need plan-specific clarification.
