One access fee can be useful across defined needs
Ivím charges $74.99 monthly for a membership, commonly displayed as $75. It describes access to weight and women’s and men’s hormone programs without an additional membership fee for each program. That could be useful when the same buyer has more than one appropriate care need. [1]
The savings concern access fees, not free treatment. Medication is separately billed and some programs have one-time costs; the membership page gives a $99 men’s hormone lab-kit example. A provider determines clinical eligibility, so the menu does not promise every treatment or replace ordinary primary and preventive care. [1] [2]

Separate the care fee from the prescription
For weight care, the homepage advertises twelve-month compounded semaglutide from $65 per month and tirzepatide from $117. Those are medicine starting figures, with membership extra. Obtain the whole selected program price and billing schedule rather than assume they are monthly installments or complete care totals. [4] [10]
The membership includes check-ins, provider contact, adjustments, coaching and support. If existing care already covers the needed assessment, establish what this membership adds. A larger catalogue is not sufficient value on its own. Branded copays also require separate insurance and offer eligibility; they are not interchangeable with compounded-plan prices. [1] [4]

NAD+ and sermorelin have different formats and bills
Ivím’s one-month pages list NAD+ injection and oral/sublingual sermorelin separately at $203.99 each, composed of $129 medicine and $74.99 membership. A person already paying the shared membership should confirm the actual incremental medicine charge rather than assume a second care fee or a free medication. [1] [8] [9]
NAD+ has a separate two-month medication offer of $149 upfront, described as $74.50 monthly plus membership. The main NAD+ page’s included-with-membership wording is ambiguous beside those explicit separate charges. The membership FAQ is clearer: medication is not included. Confirm the selected bill and supply. [1] [5]

The evidence must follow the proposed treatment
The site’s observational semaglutide and tirzepatide studies do not establish benefit for its NAD+ injection or sublingual sermorelin. Nor do retrospective weight-care results establish that a care model caused a better result than a separate trial. Ivím’s current weight page states these comparison limits. [4] [8] [9]
Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing. Clinical oversight and a biological explanation do not establish a preventive or functional benefit from an additional product. Keep the clinical purpose specific instead of using a broad healthy-aging goal to justify several prescriptions. [7]
Program access can stop while paid time keeps running
Medication programs have fixed calendar-month durations from purchase and an applicable fourteen-day final-shipment grace period. Active membership and valid payment are required. An ordinary payment lapse or cancellation does not automatically pause or extend the program. [2] [3]
The individualized compounded GLP-1 ID program adds a maximum fifty-six-day dispensing increment, check-ins and individual approval for each shipment, with no auto-shipping. These are GLP-1-specific rules, not an inferred dispensing schedule for NAD+ or sermorelin. A provider-documented medically necessary pause can authorize a GLP-1 timeline adjustment; an undocumented break cannot. [2]
Plan continuity alongside the evidence after GLP-1 treatment stops.
Cancellation is a qualified calculation
Membership ends at the end of the current billing period after cancellation, ending future prescriptions through Ivím. Prepared or dispensed medication and accrued care fees remain obligations. The refund policy bars ordinary prescribed-medication returns and directs qualified cancellation refunds to section sixteen. [1] [2] [3]
That section refunds unshipped medicine less stated administrative fees for undeveloped plan portions, with a waiver for provider-determined medical ineligibility. It is not a general satisfaction guarantee or a promise to recover every unused month. Obtain the calculation for the actual program and keep clinical continuity separate from ending a payment. [2]
Choose the additional care, not the number of programs
Ivím’s shared membership can make a connected care arrangement easier to budget when its actual follow-up is useful. It should still be assessed as a defined service alongside the medicine and testing selected. Do not pay for duplicated care simply because more programs are available. [1]
Independent Wellness is a relevant comparison for a narrower weight-care service without a separate membership fee. Choose between them on the care needed now, the complete ongoing price and the terms for changing course. The future usefulness of another treatment menu is not a substitute for that decision.

Understanding the cost
Membership is billed at $74.99/month, advertised as $75, and required for prescriptions. Medication and program-specific costs are separate. Actual selected preparation, supply, program length, amount due and any introductory membership offer determine the complete total. [1]
