Separate longevity prescriptions and combination plans

# HelloWellness review

HelloWellness makes more sense as access to a defined prescription service than as a complete longevity programme. The provider messaging and stated NAD+ kit quantity are useful particulars. Bundling GLP-1, NAD+ and sermorelin does not establish better healthspan, and the repeating eleven-week charge needs attention before buying several treatments together.

## A useful next step?

Consider the purpose, the care relationship and the full commitment.

Visit HelloWellness↗Official provider website. No affiliate relationship is currently listed.

## A reason to consider it

Readers seeking a specific clinician-reviewed service who can separate each prescription purpose, supplied preparation and recurring agreement.

- Medicine-only options are listed alongside combinations.

- NAD+ has a stated nominal vial quantity.

- Provider messaging and independent clinical roles are described.

## What deserves scrutiny

Buyers expecting a complete preventive-care programme, validated healthspan gains or a bundle to substitute for a clinical explanation.

- A broader catalogue is not a complete testing or preventive-care package.

- Three-month language accompanies eleven-week billing.

- Cancellation deadlines and professional-fee rules conflict.

## A larger bundle is not a larger proven benefit

The catalogue sells GLP-1, NAD+ and sermorelin individually and in combinations. Provider messaging and a private community are included in its stated service model. That offers a way to arrange a specific clinical discussion; it does not establish an annual preventive-care visit, complete laboratory panel or improvement in healthy lifespan. [\[1\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/hellowellness/#reference-1)

I would choose the clinical purpose first. Someone comparing an NAD+ preparation and someone arranging metabolic care have different questions, even when the products share a shopping page. A community of high performers does not supply evidence that combining prescriptions improves daily function.

Separate a measurement from a health outcome with [the biological-age test evidence](https://healthspannerds.com/research/biological-age-tests/).

## Use the selected purchase, not the general start

The current NAD+ product costs $297 upfront and states at least three 1,000 mg vials if approved. Sermorelin is $349. Checkout terms list semaglutide at $399 and tirzepatide at $499. All four are described as three-month plans renewing every eleven weeks. These are repeating upfront bills, not monthly installments. The homepage retains a lower general $79/$239 starting message. It should not replace the NAD+ product quote. Nor should the stated vial content establish concentration, storage, verified quality or clinical equivalence. Combination plans need their own ingredient, supply and payment agreement rather than a promise of more value from more medicines.

Keep each treatment and repeat payment separate in [the health-service cost planner](https://healthspannerds.com/tools/cost-planner/).

## The clinical and pharmacy relationships stay distinct

The general terms identify HelloWellness as separate from the treating providers and name Southend Pharmacy as a fulfillment service. Checkout terms include medication supplied through a partner pharmacy, but choosing another pharmacy means paying it separately. Confirm the actual dispenser and preparation instead of assuming a partner name verifies an individual order. [\[4\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/hellowellness/#reference-4) [\[6\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/hellowellness/#reference-6)

Unlimited messaging does not establish a scheduled monitoring programme or response guarantee. Availability also depends on the actual prescription and jurisdiction. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved; an athlete testimonial or a nominal vial amount cannot settle the clinical value of the supplied product. ## The refund disagreement changes the commitment

Checkout terms require future renewals to be stopped at least two business days before billing. For an approved first order, they specify a telephone cancellation within twelve hours of completed review with $50 deducted. The separate refund policy instead describes a discretionary refund after email within twenty-four hours; general terms call professional fees nonrefundable. Get the applicable conditions clarified before paying. [\[4\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/hellowellness/#reference-4) [\[5\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/hellowellness/#reference-5) [\[6\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/hellowellness/#reference-6)

Non-approved renewals have a stated full-refund rule without the $50 fee. A separate conditional transfer protection applies only to GLP-1 prescriptions, so it should not be borrowed for NAD+ or sermorelin. Choose a defined service whose follow-up and agreement you can use, rather than accepting several commitments because they sit under a longevity label. ## Understanding the cost

Current medicine-only purchases: NAD+ $297, sermorelin $349, semaglutide $399, tirzepatide $499, each renewing every eleven weeks under checkout terms. Combination plans have separate prices and preparation needs. Do not use a general starting banner as the final selected invoice.
