Choose the intervention before the platform
GOAL MD combines weight-care prescribing with a wider prescription wellness catalogue. Compounded GLP-1 care, a brand-name physician membership, NAD+ injections and sermorelin are different purchases. A platform offering all of them has not thereby shown that combining them improves healthy life expectancy, physical function or recovery. [1] [7] [8]
I would compare the weight-care service for a defined clinical need and ask what it adds to care already in place. Nutrition-coach access and messages can be useful. They are not a complete preventive assessment, and separate catalogue products should not become automatic additions to a plan.
Keep the intended outcome concrete with the evidence on weight loss and function.

A long prepaid term is a financial exposure
The current compounded semaglutide options are $1,188 for twelve months, $834 for six, $477 for three or $179 month-to-month. Tirzepatide is $1,908 for twelve, $1,074 for six, $597 for three or $249 month-to-month. The longer terms are charged upfront; their lower monthly equivalents do not reduce the initial commitment. [1] [4]
The brand-access page retains a different set of compounded starting figures in its comparison copy. Confirm the selected invoice and supplied preparation. A longer purchase period does not independently specify the quantity, shipments or usable life of the medication that will be dispensed. [5]

The brand-care fee buys supervision, not medication
Brand-Name Access charges $95 monthly, or $255 every three months, $450 every six or $780 every twelve. The terms include physician supervision, prescription management, nutrition-coach support and messaging. Medicine is purchased separately, and laboratory work, imaging and outside services are excluded. [2]
The membership renews automatically at the selected cadence. This is an express exception to the website’s general no-auto-billing language. Cash-pay care also means that a manufacturer discount or a payment-method logo does not establish insurance coverage or a universal total. The actual medication eligibility and pharmacy price need a separate answer. [2] [5]
The exit depends on what has already happened
For brand care, cancellation must precede authorization of the next monthly prescription or refill to stop that cycle. Once authorization has occurred, cancellation applies to the next one. Payment becomes final after it is processed and clinical work begins; unused time is not prorated. A manufacturer delay or a decision not to collect medicine does not automatically refund the service fee. [2]
Compounded refills instead require patient authorization. However, a paid finalized compounded order cannot ordinarily be cancelled, modified or refunded under the order terms. A documented adverse reaction calls for medical review and possible treatment change, not an automatic cash remedy. Control of the next order is valuable, but it does not undo the present commitment. [2] [3]
Plan continuing care with the evidence after GLP-1 treatment stops.
NAD+ and sermorelin should stand on their own
GOAL MD lists NAD+ injections at $249 per month and sermorelin at $537 for three months or $199 per treatment cycle. These are separate from the weight-care purchase. Their energy, recovery and healthy-aging marketing should not be counted as a demonstrated additional benefit of the GLP-1 programme. [7] [8]
The pages describe compounded preparations. FDA does not evaluate compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing. Clinical oversight, a pharmacy-testing claim or a biological mechanism cannot establish the outcome of a particular finished preparation. The indication, formulation and monitoring need to justify each prescription separately. [6]
Pay for a relationship that adds useful care
I would choose GOAL MD only when the selected service explains its actual clinician access, nutrition support, supplied medication and continuing costs. The website’s conflicting statements about some payment methods should be resolved for the intended charge. Confirm any necessary testing separately rather than assume a comprehensive panel is included. [2] [3] [5]
Someone who already has appropriate prescribing and nutrition care should identify the gap before adding another platform. A clear follow-up relationship and a manageable financial commitment are more useful than the longest wellness menu. A selected testimonial or progress calculator does not establish an individual clinical result.

Understanding the cost
Compounded GLP-1 advertised annual prepayments: semaglutide $1,188 and tirzepatide $1,908, with shorter terms available. Brand physician care $95/month or longer billing cadences, medication/testing extra. Separate NAD+ listing $249/month; sermorelin $537/3 months or $199 per cycle, not included GLP-1 benefits. Confirm selected quote and terms. [1] [2] [4] [5] [7] [8]
