Prescription-care platform and separate wellness shop

# BloomMD review

BloomMD makes more sense as a place to compare individual prescription services than as one complete longevity membership. Its current care transition, intake-launch notices and separate shopping account need attention before a reader commits to a treatment or bundle.

## A useful next step?

Consider the purpose, the care relationship and the full commitment.

Visit BloomMD↗Official provider website. No affiliate relationship is currently listed.

## A reason to consider it

Readers with a defined care need who can confirm the current clinician, intake availability and complete prescription agreement.

- The current terms distinguish the care provider from the retail platform.

- The FAQ explains separate prescription and shopping accounts.

- A consultation is available to discuss options before purchase.

## What deserves scrutiny

People buying a longevity label as proof of a longer life or expecting one retail account to provide comprehensive preventive care.

- Several major treatment intakes display launch-preparation notices.

- The catalogue does not establish one all-inclusive preventive-care membership.

- Optional supplements have their own costs and final-sale terms.

## The current care relationship deserves more attention than the catalogue size

BloomMD’s current terms identify Arora Health and Aesthetics and its licensed providers as the clinical service for the Bask-powered pathway. The site separately retains MD Integrations notices for legacy care. Those older notices do not identify the provider for a new patient using the current pathway. [\[1\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/bloommd/#reference-1)

The FAQ directs prescription care and messages to the patient portal, supplement purchases to the shopping account, and existing MDI patients to the legacy portal until transfer. I would confirm the actual care team and account before requesting a refill or moving an existing treatment. Buying through the storefront is not, by itself, a comprehensive clinical relationship. ## Individual treatments do not add up to one longevity plan

The current catalogue includes NAD+, sermorelin, compounded weight-care options and optional supplements. Their starting prices belong to separate treatment offers; adding the categories together does not establish an annual testing package, coordinated preventive-care program or one monthly membership covering all of them. [\[3\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/bloommd/#reference-3)

The NAD+, sermorelin and main compounded weight-care pages currently say their online intakes are being prepared for launch. Confirm access to the specific service in the relevant state before assigning it a place in a health budget. A broad selection is useful only when the required assessment and continuing care are actually available. ## Spend on the defined need before adding a routine

The care model describes individual provider review and portal follow-up; it does not establish routine functional testing or a result such as longer healthy life. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved. A longevity category and an optional supplement range cannot replace evidence for the selected preparation and clinical purpose. [\[2\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/bloommd/#reference-2) [\[3\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/bloommd/#reference-3) [\[9\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/bloommd/#reference-9)

The $75 retail free-shipping threshold excludes prescriptions. That is a good reason to keep optional shopping separate from the treatment decision, rather than adding products to reach a threshold that does not reduce the prescription’s delivery charge. A supplement needs a clear purpose, its own cost and a check for compatibility with existing care. [\[2\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/bloommd/#reference-2)

Keep a measurement separate from an outcome with [the evidence on biological-age tests](https://healthspannerds.com/research/biological-age-tests/).

## The refund rules depend on what has already happened

The refund policy makes supplements final sale after ordering, personalized services nonrefundable once rendered and dispensed prescriptions ineligible for returns. For subscriptions, cancellation needs at least seven days before the next cycle; the billed cycle is nonrefundable. A single reminder after a shipment may therefore be too late. [\[10\]](https://healthspannerds.com/reviews/bloommd/#reference-10)

The shipping policy separately promises a product refund when a clinician finds a patient ineligible, and asks for damaged or incorrect deliveries to be reported within seven days. Obtain the actual renewal and fulfillment terms for the chosen service. Choose ordinary preventive care or a defined appointment-based program separately when that is the unmet need, rather than valuing a larger supplement basket as more clinical support. ## Understanding the cost

Treatment prices are separate: current advertised monthly starts include NAD+ injection $229, nasal $159, sermorelin $229, semaglutide $199 and tirzepatide $279. These are not one membership fee. Confirm current intake access, the selected service, full initial bill and recurring conditions.
